2008 Summer Conditioning Camps |

COR Performance Strength/Speed & Conditioning Camps are designed for athletes interested in developing their athletic skills. Camps are 4 weeks long and will be held 2 or 3 times a week depending on group type. (see below) Athletes will train in a safe, controlled environment under the direction of certified and experienced strength coaches. Camp Starts - Monday, July 14th Time: 2:30 PM or 4:00 PM Team Camps - M-W–F cost $125 General/Mixed Team Camps - M-W–F cost $125 Girls Only - ages 10 and up - T–Th cost $90 Youth Camps - ages 8-11 - T–Th cost $90 |
