COR Training Camps Offers:

 

· Team Fitness Testing:  Vertical Jump, 10 & 20 yd. Sprints, Overhead Squat, etc.

· Strength Development: Power Sleds, Sandbags, Farmers Walks, Kettlebells.

· Optimal Flexibility:  Hurdle Step Over &  Under, Ballistic Stretching, Jump Stretch Bands, Dynamic Warm-Ups, PNF, Power Breathing.

· Improved Acceleration &  Deceleration:  Power Sleds, Medicine Balls, Force-Absorption Drills.

· Sprinting Mechanics:  Low Degree Hill Runs, Body Positioning Drills, Auto-Suggestions.

· Energy System Work: Interval Runs, Bar        Complexes, Tempo Runs.

· Injury Reduction/Recovery Methods: Various Massage Methods, Specific Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs, Contrast Methods, Foam Rollers, PNF, Tempo Training, Nutrition.

 2008 Summer Conditioning Camps

COR Performance Strength/Speed &   Conditioning Camps are designed for   athletes interested in developing their athletic skills.

Camps are 4 weeks long and will be held 2 or 3 times a week depending on group type. (see below)  Athletes will train in a safe, controlled environment under the direction of certified and experienced strength coaches.

Camp Starts - Monday, July 14th

Time: 2:30 PM or 4:00 PM

Team Camps - M-W–F  cost $125

General/Mixed Team Camps - M-W–F cost $125

Girls Only - ages 10 and up - T–Th cost $90

Youth Camps - ages 8-11 - T–Th  cost $90
